Übersicht

Analysiert deine iTunes-Bibliothek und erlaubt den Export deiner Wiedergabeliste in Textdateien in diverser Formate oder direkt in dein Spotify-Konto. Falls ein Titel in Spotify nicht automatisch zugewiesen oder gefunden werden kann, kann man die Suche manuell verfeinern.
Für beide Arten des Exports gibt es diverse Einstellungsmöglichkeiten.

Features

• Mini-Player zum Abspielen der lokalen Dateien direkt aus der App
• Sämtliche Einstellungen wie auch Grösse und Position der Fenster bleiben erhalten.
• Export in Textdateien im Format CSV, MU3, Extended M3U, PLS, WPL (Windows Media Player Wiedergabliste) und Excel-XML mit diversen Einstellungsmöglichkeiten (siehe Screenshots)
• Export nach Spotify mit diversen Einstellungsmöglichkeiten (siehe Screenshots)
• Suchdialog mit der Möglichkeit, lokale als auch Spotify-Titel direkt abzuspielen (zum Vergleichen). Er bietet folgenden Aktionen (siehe Screenshots):
  • Selektierte Titel zur Wiedergabeliste hinzufügen (auch mehrere)
  • Titel überspringen
  • Album immer überspringen
  • Künstler immer überspringen
• Spotify-Export-Modus: "Erstelle neue Wiedergabelisten" oder "Neue Titel zu Wiedergabelisten mit gleichem Namen hinzufügen"
• Suchresultate werden gespeichert, was bei einem wiederholten Export eine enorme Performance-Steigerung bringt.
• Die Aktionen des manuellen Suchdialogs können optional ebenfalls gespeichert werden, so dass ein wiederholter Export 1:1 ohne Benutzerinteraktion durchlaufen kann.
• Verwaltung der gespeicherten Suchresultate und der zu überspringenden Künstler und Alben
• Es können Aliasse für Künstler und Alben definiert werden für den Fall von unterschiedlichen Schreibweisen in iTunes und Spotify.
• Option, um nochmals nach vormals überprungenen Titeln zu suchen.
• Ein laufender Export kann jederzeit abgebrochen werden. Wird er erneut gestartet (auch wenn das Program zwischenzeitlich geschlossen wurde) wird genau da weitergemacht, wo zuvor aufgehört wurde.
• Mac-Version basiert auf GTK-Toolkit statt WinForms (und trägt deshalb die Version 3.x).
• Unterstützung für XML-Dateien im iTunes-Format, welche mittels SonoSaver erstellt wurden, wodurch es möglich wird, Sonos-Wiedergabelisten nach Spotify zu exportieren.

Installation:	Es ist keine Installation notwendig, platziere das Verzeichnis wo immer du möchtest, das Programm besteht nur aus einer einzelnen EXE-Datei.

Voraussetzungen:	Mono für Mac (Framework um .NET-Programme unter macOS auszuführen)
Installation:	DMG-Datei doppelklicken um das DMG-Laufwerk anzuzeigen. Platziere das Programm wo immer du möchtest oder starte es direkt aus dem DMG-Laufwerk heraus.
Hinweis:	Unter macOS Catalina wurde iTunes durch die "Musik"-App ersetzt. iTunes2Spotify kann aber trotzdem verwendet werden, doch sind zusätzliche Schritte nötig, welche hier beschrieben sind. Da ich leider kein zertifizierter Apple-Entwickler bin (ist einfach zu teuer), kann es sein, dass das Programm beim Start mit einer entsprechenden Meldung geblockt wird. Bitte starte das Programm dann mittels "Öffnen" im Kontextmenü (Rechtsklick auf dem Icon), dann erscheint die Option, das Programm trotzdem zu starten.

Registrierung

Es floss einiges an Zeit und Aufwand in iTunes2Spotify, weshalb ich mich für die Veröffentlichung als Shareware entschied.
Mit der registrierten Vollversion ist es möglich, eine unlimitierte Anzahl Titel in deine Spotify-Wiedergabelisten zu exportieren.
Die unregistrierte Version ist limitiert auf 20 Titel pro Wiedergabeliste. Der Export in Textdateien ist aber auch hier unlimitiert.

Für eine Registrierung sende bitte einen beliebigen Betrag via PayPal mittels des folgenden Formulars. Wieviel liegt ganz bei dir: Bezahl einfach soviel wie es dir wert ist, nicht alle deine Wiedergabelisten in Spotify neu erstellen zu müssen :-)
Deinen persönlichen Key erhälst du innert 24 Stunden.

Analyses your iTunes library and allows you to export your playlists either to text files of various formats or directly to your Spotify account. If a track cannot be mapped or found on Spotify, you're able to search and map manually.
Featuring lots of options for both types of export.

• Search results are remembered which gives an enormous performance boost when exporting once more.
• Actions of the search dialog can optionally also be remembered so that a future export can run without any user interaction giving the exact same result.
• Managing of the remembered search results and the artists and albums to be skipped.
• Possibility to map aliases for artists and albums in case of different spelling in iTunes and Spotify.
• Option to retry previously skipped tracks.
• A running export can be cancelled. When it's restarted (even after closing the program) the mapping continues where it last stopped.
• Mac version is based on GTK toolkit instead of WinForms (hence version 3.x).
• Support for XML files in iTunes format that have been created by SonoSaver which makes it possible to export Sonos playlists to Spotify.

Installation:	Doubleclick the DMG file to mount the DMG drive. Place the app wherever you like or execute it directly from the DMG drive.
Please note:	On macOS Catalina, iTunes has been replaced my the "Music" app. iTunes2Spotify can be used nevertheless, but there's an additional step required as described here. Unfortunately, I'm not a certified Apple developer (it's just too expensive) and therefore it can occur that my program is blocked when doubleclicking it. In this case, please run the program using "Open" in the context menu (right click on the icon). This will give you the option to run it nevertheless.

Register

Quite some amount of time and effort went into iTunes2Spotify so I decided to release it as shareware.
Please register to use the full version which will allow you to export unlimited tracks to your Spotify playlists.
The unregistered version is limited to 20 tracks for each playlist. Text file export is unlimited though.
